Poppis was founded by Rene Zuber and Niclas Peyron in 1991. Most Swedish film companies were selling directors and creative solutions, so there was a demand for a pure service company.

Through the years, Niclas has been involved in many international shoots. He has been able to use experiences and ideas from companies such as Moonlighting in South Africa, Widescope in Spain, Bay Vista in France and Partnership in The Czech Republic in the development of the company.

Today, Poppis sets up shoots throughout Scandinavia, where we are the largest production service company. We are now starting to look at locations in northern Russia.
